The easier tool to sell is the easier to use

A web site or application provides a user two things: the product or service you want to sell or promote and the way to do that.

The first part of the sale is a nice and easy to use interface. If the media does not facilitate the access to the product, this one may not even show its attributes.

Usability is the ease of use for the achievement of specific goals. It involves to understand and relate business goals, and the mental model of the user/client, its level of competence and its cultural environment.

The AI (Information Architecture) is the "back end" of usability. It includes all processes, methodology and necessary documentation to ensure a successful user experience-oriented to the business goals.

Usability Analysis
Heuristic testing or specialized analysis in identifying strengths and weaknesses of a product.

User Testing
The vision of the client, knowing where business speech is failing.

Navigation Design
Structure robust and scalable (= durable in time with a single investment) on which resides a website or application.

Interaction Design
Mental structure and user behavior, on which should be assembled the structure of the application.

Prototyping and Testing
The proposal in the real thing, to refine the best user experience and ensure success.
